Favorite Fish, Part 1

The Great Barrier Reef was so amazingly cool. For those of you who are interested, here are some of my favorite shots from the depths (the rough footage with the original audio).
The stingray. Good to see him… good to see him leave in a good mood.
We found Nemo! Well, actually, his cousin. There are several varieties of clownfish in the reef, and not all have Nemo’s three white stripes.
I love all the colorful fish in the reef, but for some reason, this leopard-y guy is my absolute favorite. He has a certain elegance about him. And he likes to hide, so there’s the thrill of the hunt. If anyone knows what this fish is called, please let me know- I should’ve checked the ID chart on the boat when I had the chance.
When I wasn’t chasing fish, I was really intrigued by the various kinds of coral down there. I call these the “potato chip coral”, though somehow I think scientists have come up with another name.
