Looks a lot like Cairo, except there are no horses, wheel chairs or camels mixed in with the other vehicular traffic. Lots of speeding motor bikes from the looks of it…bet you take your life in your hands trying to dodge them. Wishing you continuing good luck on your odyssey. Enjoy your updates! Stay well. Phil
Thanks, Phil. Great to hear from you. Phnom Penh was a trip, and we’ve still got India and China ahead of us. And Cairo too, if things are settled down. Lots of motorbikes to dodge in our future!
How long is your stay in Cambodia? Looks very interesting.
We just left yesterday Dee. We were there for 23 days. We have lots to share. It’s a fascinating, depressing, uplifting kinda place. Stay tuned!
How do you like Malaysia now, huh? :)
Excellent question. Asking me today, Cambodia is tops, for their people, Malaysia is nice and Thailand sucks. I still have 2.5 weeks in Thailand to make a final comment. Boy howdy, Malaysia would be nicer about now. Comparison is a funny thing.
It’s funny how one’s perspective changes. I’m starting to think of Malaysia as the most technologically-advanced, clean, efficient place on earth (compared to Cambodia)!
