I am sure NE is full of them! It was much larger when we first spotted it and not rolling the camera! It was very tall, thin and red! The soil in parts of Australia is a beautiful burnt orange/red color. As we got closer, we saw the sugar cane debris and birds whirling around in it. The locals said they are common when farmers are burning off their fields.
